CORPORATE FORMATION
Accounting and Legal teams have been retained; with operating agreements and managing partners established in accordance with regulations and licensing.
LICENSURE
The property contains a special land use permit for a minimum 11 Class C Cannabis cultivation and 1 processing license. We have attained Step One approval from the State of Michigan’s LARA/MRA (Licensing and Regulatory Affairs/Michigan Marijuana Agency) and we retained Michigan counsel to ensure licensure is finalized in accordance with state and local municipalities. Step 2 will provide Part & Parcel with the ability to open the facility.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
On March 17, 2021, we purchased a five acre property in the cannabis-friendly town of Bangor, MI. We partnered with nationally-recognized Krusinski Construction Company to oversee facility design and construction of a state-of-the-art NextGen Greenhouse structure scalable to facilitate and support our growth model. Horizontal construction began in October 2021 with anticipated completion late Fall 2022.
