Known and recognized for creating successful, memorable brands and companies; together with his hand-picked executive leadership team will ensure corporate financials and development goals are of top priority. He has developed several key strategic partnerships not only internally, but with top industry leaders. Jamie has a keen ability for establishing creative and respected brands, marketing, corporate development. In 2015, Jamie executed the concept, design and launch of his critically acclaimed butcher shop and restaurant in Chicago, Boeufhaus. Jamie graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts and Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Culinary Arts.
With decades of cannabis cultivation, extraction and infusion experience, Darin brings invaluable industry-specific skillsets and relationships to the cannabis production teams. He will oversee all aspects of cultivation, extraction/infusion and product development and distribution operations to ensure exceptional quality and consistency at all levels. Darin is experienced in creating emulsions for vape carts, edibles and beverages (RTD) and has produced certified heavy metals free vape cartridges filled with a combination of organic botanical terpenes and lab tested distillate THC oil. Darin is an expert in ethanol extraction, short path distillation and has worked with some of the leading infused product developers in the space including Alioto Farms, The Dunlevie Corporation, Cannaplex, Manzanita & Madrone, General Separations, Oakland Oil Co, Holy Water Refinery, Gas House, Frenchy Cannoli and more. Darin received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign School of Agricultural Consumer and Environmental Sciences.
A seasoned project management and operations professional, Anna has extensive experience in managing multi-million-dollar business budgets, employee relations, marketing and sales distribution channels. With more than 10 years’ experience as a brand manager and 10 years in hospitality management, Anna has worked extensively with high profile, Fortune 500 companies including Ralph Lauren and CNA Insurance. Anna is recognized for building and leading teams to accomplish identified goals with successful outcomes. Anna is responsible for non-plant touching operations, including employee, dispensary and consumer relations. She is a graduate of St. Norbert College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications.
With more than 20 years’ experience in investments, financial management and business development; Patrick guides the financial operations with a deep knowledge of the Mergers & Acquisitions landscape, private sector and startup ecosystems, asset-backed businesses, public policy, economics and finance. He has led and completed growth capital, management buyout and distressed investments across multiple sectors throughout the United States as well as in Russia and China. Patrick served in the United States Army and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. He received a B.A. from the University of Illinois in Champaign–Urbana, an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago and is a CFA charterholder.
Cooper Didier has more than 15 years of medicinal, organic cannabis cultivation experience, and is a proponent of regenerative and sustainable farming practices. He is recognized and acknowledged for producing the highest-quality, organic cannabis utilizing nature’s two best ingredients, sun and soil in the established Colorado market. Cooper currently owns and operates Upaya Garden Solutions LLC, specializing in irrigation for large containers and raised beds.
Brad Johnson has lived, worked and studied on multiple organic farms over the last 20 years including his most recent experience as associate cultivator at a Michigan outdoor grow facility. Receiving his Permaculture Design certification from the Punta Mona Center for Regenerative Design and Botanical Studies in Costa Rica; Brad continued to study permaculture and lead natural building projects at Project Bona Fide in Nicaragua. Brad currently works at a variety of Michigan cannabis cultivation facilities both in cultivation and production. As Assistant Cultivator, he will work under Cooper in all cultivation operations and oversee specialized areas including Tissue Culture and Sustainability.
For more than 20 years, Brent has worked seamlessly with hiring management within the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, healthcare, banking, asset/investment management and renewable energy industries. In 2017, Brent founded Kimbrough Search LLC, a consultancy focused on mid-senior leadership executive search in Renewable Energy, Financial Services. As a Director/MD for Risk Talent Associates and QuantRisk, Brent became a subject matter expert in quantitative finance and risk management search. Brent is a recent Executive MBA graduate (2018) from Loyola University of Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business..
