In alignment with our ethos of utilizing innovative and sustainable farming methods, these cultivation standards are not only competitive differentiators, but also improve the quality of our product while reducing risks, maximizing yields and minimizing overhead expenses.
By utilizing methods such as genotoyping and tissue culture, we are starting the plant lifecycle disease-free. These highly vigorous plants focus more energy on growth and secondary metabolite production, augmenting the performance of the crop and economic return; maximizing the value of derived secondary metabolites (i.e. cannabinoids, terpenoids).
Becoming Certified Kind means we implement USDA organic certification-approved strategies and methods in our cultivation process. In addition, we eliminate use of pesticides by utilizing our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system consisting of predatory bugs, natural beneficial bacteria and biologic soils. Conscientious cannabis consumers will recognize this affiliation and being certified organic is an integral part of our brand story.

We use the healthiest soils imaginable, made from compost and high nutrient content with mineral levels and active nutrient cycling (healthy, functioning microbial populations) that are necessary to grow the most nutrient-dense, mineral-rich, disease-resistant crops. Ultimately, we will be able to reuse our soil year after year and the health and quality of our soil will improve with each growing season.
